Everything about the experience was really nice, especially our young server who told us she is new to Hyatt and loves her job. And as her customers we benefitted greatly. She had more tables than made sense, but when she got to you she handled everything exceptionally. The only downside was the cooking of the meat. I knew the mash from kopenhagen where I had eaten with the best filet. Unfortunately, the mash in düsseldorf did not get in line. 2x filet medium ordered, 2 completely different pieces, 1x medium rare, 1x just over medium. the mash düsseldorf is probably not part of the mash chain anymore, but is now a hyatt (as a waiter explained to us on demand). also the card you find online is no longer applied before location. service was nice, even if something was forced. Price/performance naja.
Very good service, and a very good food. the open wine card is a little small. otherwise very good.
In the service everything went wrong: false drinks, our eating at the barbarian delivered, thereby 1 hour waiting until the main course and then still the dishes delivered in the table incorrectly and incorrectly denoted, no apologies or explanation from the service, even not as we spoke to the waiter. the so bad experience could not be saved by the free dessert anymore. I'm sure we won't come back.
