Above all, they are super isolated, so they don't get much of the other guests. I also found the breakfast buffet that offers a rich selection of everything that can expect in a hotel of this class. unfortunately not cheap, but these are 5-star hotels in general.

I asked 3 times and they said they would be out shortly, finally just told them never mind. It was a Suturday night and they were busy, think they need additional staff.
