Service has always been fast and friendly even through the pandemic. Food is always good. Even when the other burrito place can 't seem make up their minds on when they are open and if orders have to be done online or in store only, Pancheros has been a breeze to order in the app and pick up in store. What Cheyenne H doesn't like about Pancheros Mexican Grill:
I got a chicken quesadilla with extra queso added to it. there was about 5 pieces of chicken and a pinch of cheese. the app said loaded with cheese it certainly was not. Didn 't even have the extra queso on it. Disappointment in a tortilla hastily cut up, smashed into a ball, and wrapped up. View all feedback.

I LOVE PANCHEROS. Panch is my go to every time i'm in dubuque. I've tried Pancheros in other cities and it can't even compare. Asbury Panch is on top
The food is fine, however, we waited 35 minutes in line to order. They had 5 employees on the line preparing orders but instead of exclusively waiting on the customers in the store they focus on their internet orders. Clearly, they need a new operating system and better management.
