Tjsi is really how you treat Mickey Mouse? Words cannot describe my disappointment in this establishment. I am seething. I am sure they treat everybody even worse than I. Hung up on me!!!

Have come multiples times to the same two people at night working and they always are in the worst mood with the worst customer service, for the second time i’ve ordered a latte that didn’t have any coffee and was just milk and shots of flavor! Waste of money the sheetz down the street has better coffee 90% of the time!

I always order the same drink when I go to Dunkin. This Dunkin never gets it right. They even left the tea bags out one time and gave me a cup of hot water with no tea bags. Tonight they have me tea with no sweetener! I give up.
