Bought more than 15 dollars of ice cream and asked him for some cups to eat from and he said we have to pay more money. Way to nickel and dime your customers. Bad attitude, will not be back

Indian kulfi flavor!!! . At coldstone!!!And the taste was pretty close to authentic stuff. This is the only coldstone outlet serving this flavor in bay area.Staff is also very friendly and ever smiling.

Came here today and me and my friends got accused of stealing even thought we paid for all of our ice creams. They mixed things up and said it was our fault and continued to argue with us even though he had proof and told them to look at the security footage. When we told them to look at the footage they got mad and started to accuse us more by saying we went to the back of the store to throw away the ice cream to try and get a new one and saying they did give us one, which they didn’t. Then they claimed to have the other ice cream we ordered in the freezer right behind them yet continued to say they gave that same one to us.Kid-friendliness: They were a little rude and accused us of something we didn’t do.

New owners- extremely friendly staff. Big portions and lots of toppings. Delicious ice cream.

Do NOT buy from this location as they WILL rip you off on portions. We ordered 2 gotta have it portions and the cup was not even filled to the top. When I called to complain, I spoke to a heavily accented Indian man who insinuated that the Uber eats driver stole ice cream from our orders. He's an absolute LIAR. Won't let me talk to the manager or owner as he never knows when they'll be in then hung up on me. I'm quite certain he's the owner as he spoke with the authority of one. I've called corporate to inform them that of my experience and hope others who experienced the same will as well.
