I give 5 stars strict due to the customer service I have experienced. I'm not sure what her name was, but I was very impressed. When I went to the door, she immediately greeted me with a real smile. She was friendly and helpful the ENTIRE time. The food was okay, Pommes wasn't very fresh. But I came a little after 2pm that rushed after lunch. I enjoy the buffalo slide. I am very attentive to customer service and due to this observation is why I give 5 stars. The Shake was also good!!!
I placed my order, received assistance with my coupons, and had my food delivered promptly. It's a nice place to dine.
I don't eat at Arby's, but I found their staff to be friendly and accommodating.
The food was tasty and my order was well-prepared. However, currently only the drive-thru is open.
