I visited this place many times, but what happened today really disappointed me. The first time I decided to take food to take away, I paid 11 euros for a large box and went to the buffet to put food. I went with a small child for more than 40 minutes to this place to buy sushi, but as a result left empty handed. Everywhere and always, if you buy take away food at a buffet, you can take whatever you want from the buffet offer. In the buffet itself, there is no information about any restrictions in the choice of dishes, except for the size of the box. I began to put sushi in my box, an employee ran up to me, took the box and said that I am not allowed to take sushi because they are expensive and can take only 2 pieces. When she came up to me, I had 6 pieces of sushi in the box, which is even less than in the standard set of 8 pieces. She laid out sushi and left only 2 pieces and said that for the money that I paid, I can take only these two pieces. I said that I came for sushi and if I can’t buy them, then let me get the money back. She repeatedly told me that sushi is expensive and I have to buy these 2 pieces. She said sushi is very expensive, take these two pieces. I was shocked and perplexed 2 pieces of sushi, 2 small pieces for 11 euros. That is, in a large box lie 2 small pieces and I have no right to put anything else. Not only that, when I demanded, despite the employee's persuasion to buy 2 pieces of sushi for 11 euros, to return the money to me, they returned me only 10 euros. And only after repeated demands to return to me the full amount paid by me, she gave me another euro.

Very poor wouldn't recommend. Cheapest chicken money can buy chewy and horrible. Ignorant staff watching what u ate eating and monitoring even though it's all u can eat. Wouldn't give this to a dog

Absolutely terrible worst meal I've had in my entire life ,sweet and sour chicken red raw and I'll be lucky if I don't wake up with salmonella poisoning in the morning , people sitting beside us also giving out about the food cannot recommend enough to stay away from this place I would give it a 0stars if I could
