The atmosphere downstairs is nonexistent. If I had known, I wouldn’t have made a reservation. The food was decent, which was the only bright spot. However, the waitstaff kept forgetting about us. The food was delicious, but for the price, I expected at least some presentation on the plate. It felt a bit too bare, just a steak with nothing alongside it. Additionally, the staff was a bit off-putting when they brought us our bill and mentioned that our time was up, despite us still having drinks left (which we had ordered after our meal, along with a bottle of wine). Overpriced 4.50e for a bottle of water No sides with your steak sides were extra and Overpriced 3.50 for a table spoon of mayonnaise
Striploin Steak was delicious and service was great.

We had made this reservation for a special occasion. Arriving at the restaurant, it was closed. Calling on the phone, the representative said “of course we’re closed, but I contacted everyone who made a reservation to correct this.” clearly not everyone. Impressively, they had the audacity to spam us for a review following this reservation that wasn’t kept. Feels like a poor imitation of a Seinfeld episode.
