My friend and I went to JD's on Friday. The place was quite busy, and although we were shown to a table quickly, it took a while before our order was taken. As I like my steaks well done, I asked for a recommendation and decided to go with the Ribeye steak the server suggested. Went for dinner at 8:30 on a Friday evening and they had no prawns left. Ordered a rib eye steak medium to well done it came out so well done, tough and dry and the chips were obviously microwaved by the steam hotness. For 100 euro for 2 people I was very disappointed as could of had an amazing meal for that price elsewhere. Would not recommended this steak house. View all feedback.

Had such a tasty meal tonight.. From the moment we walked in, until we left, the service and food were excellent.. Special shout out to Áine, an absolute diamond, who looked after us so well on the occasion of our anniversary! We will be back and thoroughly recommend .. thanks a million xx

One of our favourite local spots. Food is amazing and service is always top class. A warm friendly vibe with top class food. Couldn't recommend JDs more.
Very nice steaks and good value compared to other steak houses in Dublin, i got the tomahawk ribeye which I'd recommend. Let down a little by the dessert, i got the roulade which was still a little frozen in the middle.
