It is worth visiting the Pod Cathedral Restaurant! Traditional cuisine, Podlasie, a bit heavier, but full of flavor! We chose almost every item on the menu. Personally, I recommend the cooler and the chołojec. Local and fresh soups, which are very hard to find today. Duck broth and tripe also recommendable. I am a faithful fan of grapeshot, which I sincerely recommend to everyone. Also dumplings, both Russian and with lentils, are to die for! Lost is something you must try! Potato stuffing in dough resembling dumplings. The portions are really big and at a very good price. The food was freshly prepared with good quality ingredients. Big plus for local beers! Everyone will find something for themselves here, and the choice is really good from light and light to dark and strong. Warm greetings to Mrs. Marzena a master of good service. Throughout her stay in the restaurant, she took excellent care of the guests and knew what she was serving. It is worth visiting and trying traditional, fresh, Podlasie cuisine.
