Yes, the atmosphere is nice. Museum restaurants are usually pretty good. Zeitlos is an exception. We recently had the Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich and the Focaccia Lachs. The chicken was dry and overcooked. The focaccia looked nothing like any focaccia I have ever seen. Its taste was very disappointing also. We complained to the waitress. She went into the back and returned moments later saying that the manager said this was the way both dishes were supposed to be. When we tried to send both dishes back, we were told that we would have to pay for both AND the replacement dishes. "Says who?" "The Manager!" When we asked to speak to him, he was suddenly 'gone'. The clumsiness of these responses speaks badly of the training and customer handling skills of the staff AND management
After the visit of the Militärhistorisches Musuem you will definitely need a drink. This house is so exciting that you will feel exhausted after the tour inside.A stunning architecture by Daniel Libeskind builds the frame of a very touching exhibition about violence. The Zeitlos restaurant in the building offers many refreshments and of course, since you are in Germany, a fresh beer. The Restaurant has a nice atmosphere. The choise of the food seems to be nice.
After it managed to complete 1.75 when all 4 floors it was time for a good time and deserves to break what is / will in my opinion be an iconic presentation of the fact in a human and merciful way. The venue has that now almost obligatory...the opportunity for free, unlike the IWM Manchester, to get a souvenir photo, but do not look down when you are afraid of heights! The place within one of the vaulted rooms when an old armor has been rebuilt tastefully and the staff attentive, but few in the number! During my visit, only two were obvious, a leading male waiter and a young lady, whose tasks were clearing tables, ice deserts and handing out menus when the waiter had other tasks. I was lucky to begin when other diners were finished and so I was served immediately and didn't get long after with a decent Saxon regional beer and then a big gourmetburger, a photo from which I wrote a photo. The waiter was attentive at any time, but as there were more late lunch hours, I was as if they had to wait for each stage of a meal! Finally, I received a chocolate milkshake desert and one episode Expresso all after two half liters of beer for a very reasonable € 22,20 without tip. Make sure you are either early or have enough time to see or have a lot to say things to your fellow human beings! Thank you. Team Timeless for a very good experience.
Yeah, the atmosphere is beautiful. Museums restaurants are usually quite good. Timeless is an exception. We recently had the Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich and the Focaccia salmon. The chicken was dry and overcooked. The Focaccia didn't look like any Focaccia I've ever seen. His taste was also very disappointing. We complained to the waitress. She went back and returned moments later and said that the manager said that this was the way both dishes should be. When we tried to send both courts back, we were told that we had to pay both for AND the substitute courts. Says who? The manager! When we wanted to talk to him, he was suddenly crazy. The inadequacy of these answers speaks badly of training and customer handling skills of personnel AND management
