Couldn't ask for a better experience. Cheff salad was on point while the Haddock was fresh and fluffy, steak tips were done to perfection, chicken tenders had just the right amount of sauce and were soooo tender I could crush them with a spoon. Bacon and cheese tots were View all feedback.
There are two Brothers Pizza locations in Dracut, and it seems that they are not affiliated with each other. I can only speak for the one I visited, but it was fantastic. The pizzas were freshly made to order and the staff was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere inside the restaurant may not be the most attractive, but there is a spacious waiting area. Delivery is an option, although our experience was that it was a bit slow, possibly due to a busy time. However, the menu is extensive with a variety of options. The fish and chips were delicious and cooked to perfection. The portions of both the plates and sandwiches were generous. Overall, a great spot for a tasty meal.
The food at this restaurant is top-notch, but some of the workers' attitudes leave something to be desired.
I ordered a seafood platter on Sunday and was disappointed to receive three scallops, four shrimp, and haddock. To make matters worse, the entire meal was overcooked. I regret to say that I will not be ordering from Cindy's at 760 Nashua Rd Unit 45 again.
I have visited this restaurant three times in the past 6 months and each time has been a disaster. On one occasion, my husband was charged over $30 for a one-topping pizza. Another time, I received a grilled chicken pizza instead of the chicken broccoli Alfredo I had ordered. Last week, I called to inquire about the Monday pizza special and was told it was $11, even though the website advertised it as $10. I requested bacon on half of the pizza, but when I arrived, I was charged over $17 because the bacon was considered a $5 add-on. Despite my confusion, the staff failed to provide any explanation or offer proper customer service. I asked why this information was not disclosed over the phone, but received no response. The lack of transparency and professionalism at this restaurant is unacceptable. I ordered a $10 special with one topping on half the pizza, yet my final bill exceeded $17. It is clear that this restaurant needs to improve its staff training and customer communication. As a result of these negative experiences, I will no longer be returning as a customer.
This isn't my first time here, but I recently ordered dinner which included a half cheese half pepperoni pizza, a small order of fries, and a steak and cheese sub. Unfortunately, I found a bone or something similar in the sub. Additionally, the pizza seemed to be made by combining two separate pizzas into one. The portion of fries was so small that it barely seemed enough for three people.
