Unfortunately, from our point of view, the house does not meet expectations in the price category. I appreciate a stay of 3 nights in the 2nd room, 3/4 board and a treatment per person at a total price of almost 1,200 EUR. Why the bad review: There is no minibar in the room, no tea, insoluble coffee. If desired, you will get an electric kettle that is not used in the absence of tea bags (also with a buffet breakfast). A great added value could be created here for a very small additional effort. What is more beautiful in the wellness holiday than starting the day with a hot drink in the bed? In houses of similar price category actually standard. Room service per order: 10 Euro The website is openly advertised with the free spring water. In the evening guests can stay free of charge at the restaurant. Very good, so you can focus on the wine card. In the Spa Bistro you pay 5 euros for a bottle of tap water. Why? Inconsistent, unnecessary and simply annoying. If you have your table in the main room near the buffet, you should pack more clothes. After eating, the complete clothing smells extremely like food. This is because there is not enough exhaust air in the Live Cooking Stations. Unbelievable. We stayed at Hotel Lindenwirt from Saturday to Tuesday. Until Sunday afternoon it was very loud in the wellness area, even in the Whisperzone in the 1st OG by many groups. Personnel is not on the surface so that no access is made. Of course, this can also only be bad luck from Sunday afternoon the groups were gone until Tuesday it was pleasantly quiet and very relaxing. The wellness area itself is not to be challenged. All these are of course rather small points, but nevertheless: For 400 euros per night you should expect more. It is also a pity that if (friendly) feedback is taken into account during the examination, the criticism is not simply taken into account (and ideal for reflection), but it is immediately pointed out in the defense that you do everything as well as it was. Here I recommend visiting different other houses of this category. It's much better. What was good? Nice accommodation in the restaurant. Sympathetic reception at check-in, a drink to bridge the waiting period until the room was finished. Delicious dinner, a good wine list with balanced price-performance ratio. We were already in the Lindenwirt for the 4th time for August 1st week and again very satisfied. The warm staff, the beautiful facilities, the various swimming pools and saunas and the excellent SPA department let everyday life forget quickly. The kitchen has surpassed again and there is also a wide choice for gluten-free AND vegan.

A beautiful hotel with suuuper food! The rooms are very large and spacious. The bathroom is a bit small, but you can see it away. The wellness area is just as beautiful and there was enough space with sufficiently very comfortable and high quality loungers. Our Teeni daughters also liked it great. We like to come back. Oh yes: the massages were soooo good!! I've just booked. (I've seen this in other hotels. Really great masseurs who knew what they were doing. All in all with the best hotel in Bavarian Forest so far. Also the entire staff was very, very friendly. Definitely recommended.
