What Sam Reichel likes about Baskin-robbins:
New shop owner and what an AMAZING place. Ordered a cake online 24 hours before , received confirmation and paid for it as well as online. I wanted to pick her up and NO CAKE: Was super annoyed and the owner found another cake 40 minutes away and had someone drive it my house 1 hour before cake time. I have never seen such a customer service in my life THANKS FOR SAVING THE DAY!!!!!! My new favorite cake shop View all feedback.
