I came to eat here and knew the lobby was closed at 8:00 and arrived 5 minutes before 8:00. The staff ignored me and didn't let me in. I knocked again and again until an anger came to the door and was told that it will not open the door that if I want to eat to go through the drive because my vehicle is too big for the ride through. I told her I needed the toilet room and she went away from me. Totally disrespectful... View all feedback.
I visit this McDonald's at least once or twice a week...Love It!
Was surprised when they asked for 10 cents for hot mustard sauce..... didn't have ketchup or any other in the bag... I understand an exaggerated request some do for sauces on nuggets etc... but just HS..?
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE FROM ANGELA. Please train this employee on how to treat respectfully to customers. Managers at this location or owner, this employee needs strong training and correction on how to treat customers. Angela does not look like shelikes working at McDonalds. Angela from drive-thru.
The rudest person I have ever encountered in my whole life was the Woman taking the drive-through orders at McDonald?s. Speaks to people like if they were animals just the worst experience I have ever had will never go to that McDonald?s again.
People on the drive thru are rude and loud but overall good quality food even by McDonald's standards.
