Chipotle Mexican Grill - Doral

Big fan of Chipotle, so when they opened one near home I was excited. At first it was all good for a while but yesterday?s visit changed my opinion completely. Either this location is understaffed or employees are plain lazy. I assume there is a constant employee rotation and some might be better than others but cleanliness is not the strong point of the current recruits. Dining area tables were dirty and during the time I was in line (4 people in front of me) no one cleaned them. Assembly line was the worst, all chipotles I have visited are extremely careful and swift to clean, not here. Rotten cherry on top was the soda machine, water running like a cascade.

Leave it up to this location to be out of guac, chips, queso, chicken anytime after 4pm. After 4pm this location I guess just doesn't feel like making more food. Probably cause they feel they won't sell it all by close but every time I show up between they hours of 6pm 8pm. They are out of EVERYTHING. Not because they are genuinely out. Just out cause they don't wanna make anymore.

Not the best experience from this location from unsanitary workers to low quality of food. My rice had the consistency of mashed potatoes, peppers were over cooked, not a good experience overall.

The waiting time to order was 30 minutes. Only one person serving the orders and 30 people waiting?.they truly need to hire help. They must value people?s time !!! Ridiculous

This location is always out of ingredients! Be it beans(no point of having a bowl/burrito if opting for veggie option), guac, sour cream, fajitas and so on.. And this is not the first time. They are repeatedly out of ingredients on a regular basis. I am not going to this location ever again.
