I came here and had a quick lunch with their pre-made bento boxes. There are many flavours and all looked really healthy and tasty. The salmon bento box included a piece of fried prawn, a gyoza, and a good selection of vegetables (including a crumbed mushroom). It's really great to have such a variety in the vegetables. What Evie Bergstrom doesn't like about Sushi & Nori Collins Square:
This Japanese fast food restaurant is a new addition to the ever expanding Collins Square ground floor food court. I ordered a Chili Chicken Bento Box. It was not as good nor had the variety compared to the bento boxes provided by nearby Sobo Restaurant...in this food court. They don't include miso soup provided either. View all feedback.

Very delicious Twists on standard sushi offers. The staff is Japanese and it shows. Service is very professional and food is from a very high standard. Would definitely go back.
Sushi in Melbourne is generally great, Sushi nori is Mo exception. I didn't try the sushi train because it seemed a pricier option, but the prepacked sushi boxes were good and tasted great. Would go back for more!
I like it. Impressive sushi train. Most dishes were fresh and very nice. All Sushi and Sashimi dishes were very fetching. The tempura dishes were a bit cold and sticky, although they arrived in time. It is also a beautiful bright room and the staff was beautiful. Overall, I liked it and I'd be happy to saddle up again.
The sushi train is really cool and the food is delicious. It is really pricey though (they've reduced serving sizes for some dishes, for the same price since opening). Biggest rort is the surcharge for paywave; there is a sign at the counter that says this doesn't apply for debit cards but they charge no matter what. Ironic when they have a minimum for eftpos anyway, and sell you ginger etc to make up the difference.
