Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Dobson

Ice machine froze over. Then smoked out all but since burning on the grill. Food was decent.

We live not to far from NC on the VA side first time at this DQ great everything the girl behind the counter what a pleasure great service will come back for sure we are only 25 minutes away Parking: Great spot even to eat at your car if you want too Kid-friendliness: Very kind and courteous

Went to get ketchup in a bowl they had for customers and were all stuck together and gross!

Went to Dairy Queen tonight 04-01-2024 at the Dobson location 2359 Zephyr road, and ordered the $7 chicken basket, the flame thrower burger single combo, a nutter butter shake and a cookie dough chocolate chip blizzard. The chicken was cold, the fries was cold the toast was missing as well as my condiments the chicken box came with a sundae as to which I didn’t get, instead of the single like I asked for it was upgraded to a double (didn’t catch that until I was home) and when I went back to Dairy Queen I let them know I was missing the sundae as to which the cashier said “give me a minute and I’ll have that right out” I said no problem things happen. He literally walked around the corner and got the sundae that had been made prior and handed it to me out of the window instead of making a fresh one. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this location and they need to get their stuff together.

We often stop at the Dobson Dairy Queen during our travels on Rt 77. The staff are incredibly friendly!
