Mcdonald's - Dillsburg

Simply walked in to purchase a meal. The manager was rude. I was told no cash. Then tried to place an order on their kiosk as Told by the manager. No help when asked. Then told we have to go through drive through per management. We watched a customer pay cash. So yes WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!! Highly recommend a solid PASS on this!

I have stopped here many times when driving from VA to eastern PA. More often than not, there is some issue. The ordering kiosks don't always work. You ask for no cheese and you get it anyway. Sometimes the service is slow. But hey, it is McDonald's and you get what you pay for.

One stare bc I can't give anything lower. Worst place to work. Sent my 16 year old daughter home for picking up change and cleaning the parking lot doing her job. Which Sent her into an anxiety attack being yelled at. Will never give them any type of business. That is not a way to treat employees. Plus have a kid working their that is high u can smell it.

Worst place to work. never allow ur child to work their. yelled at my kid and sent her home bc they were doing their job. but yet allow a kid to continue to work when they smell of weed.

This is my second visit here. The first had no issues. Today, we ordered at the kiosk took a number and sat down. We waiting for 15 minutes and our food never came. I walked up to the counter to ask were my stuff was. There was a bag of food sitting there not marked so I didn't want to just assume it was mine. A lady finally came over to the counter and said we don't bring your food out to you at this location . I said well I was here last Saturday and you did. If that recently changed you should update your kiosk and maybe call the number out so people can hear you. Needless to say she didn't care, handed me my food and walked away.
