Had lunch here on last day of short trip. €31 menu chosen which was incredible value for the food we had. There was a wide variety of choice. I had foie gras and hubby had the prawn cocktail. Followed up by duck and haddock. Creme brulee and pavlova for desserts and a cheese course. With a bottle of wine and coffee the total came to less than €90. Food was delicious and staff were welcoming and service was great. Wil... View all feedback.
What joelewes doesn't like about Le New Haven:
If we ever go for Le Menu at any French restaurant please NEVER go for the steak option. The French have different cuts of meat to the English and my steak was paper thin, full of fat and gristle and tough! Avoid the cheese option as it is straight out of a very cold fridge. Other courses were average. Also don’t sit near the door on a cold day or you will get very cold with the constant opening and closing of the do... View all feedback.
A really welcoming place facing the port. We had a table for two at the entrance with view to the port. A very good reception and a very good small kitchen. Inside Foie de lotte, a pleasure!! Sole Meunière dish prepared with care For a chocolate mousse dessert. I highly recommend this place.
Restaurant with a nice front. The reception and service were very pleasant. Hot atmosphere and port view. The portions are generous.
Super fish restaurant, the dishes are fresh and hearty, the service is irreproachable, of quality! Come on, you won't be disappointed!
From the entrance to the dessert a real treat. Fresh and tasty products, dishes worked, impeccable service! I highly recommend!
Very disappointed with our experience. Small ranges for the price. Quality of the service to be reviewed: we felt like we were bothering the servers. I don't recommend it.
