Little Caesars Pizza - Dickson

The employee in the Nathan c window was very polite and very understanding how a picky eater I am and he ensured that my pizza was exactly the way I wanted it. I appreciate employees being like that. When you had a hard day and things just don't go on your way and you just want to be thrown a hard drive and eat and go and if there's a smile in the window and asked how I did this afternoon and gave me a compliment, made me a little evening better. Thank you, Little Caesars. Keep the good work and smile. And I can't forget those who cook all day and night. Remember, you're the face of the little Caesars. Very impressed by the customer service we received on May 14. My cousin and I came to the place after a wedding. We had no idea that they were close, the young gentleman who worked (by himself) was great! Man, he shut off the restaurant and made us our 7 hot n finished pizza!! Customer service you don't see anymore. Most employees would have told us they were closed, too many pizzas to cook alone, something. I wish I had his name. Taller, younger gentleman with blond hair. Been here 3 times in the last months and still haven't gotten a pizza. Hell, this time noone ever came to the window after I sat for nearly 10 min. Idk what they do in there but it's certainly not cook pizza. Hot and ready? More like room temperature ingredients we are too incompetent to put together. Good grief.

What a disappointment. This deep dish pizza is painfully under-proofed, as well as the bread sticks that were ordered with it. I 've had a Little Caesars deep dish before and it was great. Someone saw this, put it in a box, and said, Good enough . What a waste of time and money. Avoid this location.
