Nice place with a friendly staff. Parking was a bit confusing and I was turned off by the aggressive pan handlers on the way in and the way out. Based on that, I would not go back which is a shame. View all feedback.
What Timmy Goodwin doesn't like about Traffic Jam and Snug:
The room was cold and the food took a long time to arrive. We were practically the only people in the restaurant. We were going to bring all three of our job candidates to The Traffic Jam for the interview luncheon (which was eight people) but after our first experience we decided to go elsewhere for all of the other interviews. Basic food small portions overpriced for quality quantity. Practically empty restaurant yet stood ungreeted at door for more than minutes. Asked hostess what in-house made beers they had available and the answer was um... I don't know .. Didn't even offer to find out laughable. Their stout was good. Their cheese was good. I can't justify paying to go back... If I do return, it will only be to grab one of their beers at the bar. They can brew beer, I'll give em that... But their restaurant game is subpar.
Portions were small for my teenagers. They were still hungry after their burger and fries.

Wonderful. Will return in the near future with a few guests. The smelt was good, but smaller and less of them then in the past.
Yikes! Went for an early New Year's Eve dinner. Dinners were lackluster and cold, specials were never conveyed to the group until after the meal, and the atmosphere was akin to a mausoleum. Only high point was the carrot cake.
