Mcdonald's - Detroit

I don't usually eat fast food, but this particular occasion was great. The service was excellent, the fries were hot, and the shake machine was in working order.

The wait is usually long at this restaurant, but the food is good. The fries and nuggets were hot and it's nice to grab a McRib here!

The night shift crew at this restaurant is fantastic, but the afternoon crew is not as good. The fries are always cold and the staff can be rude at times. I used to be a McDonald's manager for several years so I know how the system should work. Despite these issues, I still gave the restaurant a 5-star rating.
