Mcdonald's - Detroit

One of the good service McDonald's that gets your order right. However you do have a wait but not as long as some.

Never thought I'd give mcdonalds a review , especially a good one . This location is the best. Good personalities and customers service , just lovely all around. I don't want to go to a different one for the rest of my life .

The staff at this restaurant is very kind, polite, and efficient. I would also like to give a special mention to the team at McDonald's. A friend of mine who is terminally ill lost his wallet there, but an employee found it and turned it in. This act of kindness meant a lot to my friend, who was already going through a difficult time. It was a huge relief for him to get his wallet back. Kudos to the crew at that McDonald's!

The food at this restaurant was fresh and piping hot. The soda was refreshing and the staff provided a welcoming alternative when an item was not available, without any attitude. The workers' voices came through clearly and politely on the intercom and at the window. Other locations of this restaurant should take notes on their service.
