Happy's Pizza - Detroit

I’m giving this place five stars for being one of the only spots in the city where you can grab food after 11pm, plus they offer fantastic deals on pizzas that go unclaimed. They have to handle some really difficult customers, and I can understand why they might be a bit frustrated—especially when you consider the kind of abuse the last pizza place open in Detroit goes through. Keeping their staff safe and making sure they show up is a challenge, especially since even the McDonald's down the street shuts down at 9pm. Those who criticize this place really don’t realize how fortunate they are to have a late-night option; otherwise, they’d have to settle for those oversized, soggy slices for $5 each at that pizza joint on Monroe.

The shrimp dinner was quite tasty, and it was evident that the oil had just been changed. My only suggestion would be to serve more fries with the meal, as they were a bit stingy with the portion.
