What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I have been going to this location for many years. I remember this restaurant actually being one of the better McDonald's locations around New Orleans, but in recent years it has heavily declined. The drinks are almost always wrong, or just straight up carbonation with no flavor, if they even have the drink you want. Felt like they were a bit heated over something but they didn't get my order completely wrong and even tho they told me everything I said I wanted they still were missing a few things but on the bright side the ice cream machine was working fromwhat I saw and they only charged me for what I got so I see it as a win and the sky is the limit from here ????????
Absolutely horrible, burgers totally pink raw. They redid them but mine was still raw, didn't eat it. Do not recommend this McDonald's.
The service at this restaurant is terrible. They never get your order right and are extremely rude.
They gave us the wrong items and didn't check the bag before we left. It was too far to turn back around. We won't make that mistake again.
The location is not too bad. The only downside is that depending on the time of day, you may have to wait in line for a bit as it can get quite busy. However, besides that, it is one of the friendliest and cleanest McDonald's in the area.
