WHAT IS WITH TACO BELL GETTING RID OF THE BEST ITEMS ON THEIR MENU? No Quesalupas, No chili cheese burritos, no Mexican pizzas, etc... Sorry but your tacos are half filled (if you're lucky) and mediocre at best. Always have to end up ordering some tasteless rice filled moosh concoction. Seriously just a gross menu now. Everyone should check their receipt here cuz they would charge you extra in bills with no reason.. I bought chicken chalupa combo for 8.99 and she charged .35 .35 extra on 2 chalupa , when I asked her first she said o it’s come with beef so extra for chicken, I said it’s not come with beef it’s mentioned that it’s chicken chalupa then she said it’s not in the total I checked later and it was in the total. Really? They trained like this to rob the customers
Just like the subway next door, It's been 3 times where they are closed by 9:40. I understand that you have closing duties but after driving 700 miles the last thing I want to do is not eat because they want be lazy
$7.00 for 2 bean burritos? That's ridiculous. Customers need to just stop purchasing food from TA restaurants. They'll get you every time. What a shame.
Terrible service and the menu doesn't have the same prices as ANY other taco bell
We stopped here to get dinner for our kids while being in the road. They took our order. After 20 minutes and seeing several others who ordered after us leave I went up and politely asked them how much longer. I didn't want our food to get spit in so I was really nice. He said he just went back there and they forgot to put the order in the oven. It would be another 10 minutes. Meanwhile my kids are crying hungry and my 4 year old couldn't wait anymore. I went back up and said I was sorry but we need a refund an are just going to feed him something else. While processing our refund the previous employee came out with our food. The cashier told him he was refunding our money and he asked why and said our food was right here. I said because my kids are starving and crying (I'm not one who likes to have their kids cry in public). He THREW OUR FOOD ON THE GROUND. I wasn't expecting to take it since we already got the refund but it was very interesting to me that he freaked out like that. Terrible customer service! This happened Thursday at 6:06pm.
