The last two times I've tried to go through the drive thru, I've gotten up to the microphone and been told they were closed, despite them having taken the orders of the cars in front of me and it not beingclosing hours. They've screamed at my doordash driver until my driver had to leave for their own safety. It's verydisappointing as this is the only location close by. Please don't waste your time here.

The service was terrible; I waited over 30 minutes for my order. This KFC deserves the title of the worst restaurant in the city.

She kept staring at me and she was dressed very unprofessional. This woman will give you tons of customers who NEVER return!

They ha... read more Was the only car in the drive through and ordered two meals. Pulled up to the window and waited what felt like 10 minutes just for them to take my card. They had 4 people up at the window talking and standing around. Once they took my card, the drinks andfood came out a few minutes later. The pop was flat, and they forgot our silverware for Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and thebutter for the biscuits along with no napkins. Tried to go into the lobby and they of course had the door locked but had a signon the door that the lobby was OPEN for pickup only. How do they expect people to pickup if they can?t get in? Then we had toget back in now a line of 3 cars. Once we got to the window the lady working was quick and respectful when we grabbed oursilverware and such. The 1 star is for her who was ready at the window and paid attention to us and the fact my s/o asked for nogravy on their mashed potatoes and they actually listened to that part. So thank you to the worker who handed us our silverware!You are appreciated for your quickness as we have been driving for 10 hours and still have a few more back home to MN.

I was told by a female that they didn 't have enough chicken for my order and hung up . I called the next 2 closest KFC and didn 't get anyone to evenanswer.
