great service and sport atmosphere during martyrs madness! our bartenders were stellar (a had long blonde hair with an undercut and the other a short blonde boobs) and delivered prompt service on Friday and Saturday! good fish and chips, packings and philly cheese steak for eating. they would be highly recommended! Stopped in for a couple drinks before the Beach Boys concert. Bartenders were very friendly and attentive. Went back after the show for a plate of nachos and drinks. View all feedback.

Had an excellent experience. My friends and I stopped at Johnny's to have some drinks before a concert at the Wells Fargo Arena. Being from Iowa City and not from around the area, I'd say we picked an awesome bar to hang out at! I will definitely be going back. The bartenders were very attentive and even made some drink suggestions.
This restaurant is fantastic for both drinks and full meals. The staff is always fast and friendly. The mixed drinks and shooters are expertly made. The draft and bottled beer selection is great. There are plenty of TV screens for sports fans. You can choose from table, booth, or bar seating. Games are located in the back near the restrooms. The food I've tried here has been excellent both times. They also have a separate late night menu.
My family and I visited this restaurant recently and were the only customers there for a while on a Saturday. The waitress took a bit long to come to our table and we all felt a bit neglected.
