Blue Sushi Sake Grill - Des Moines

We were impressed. we had to start the crab soup and then the tidal wave and the Cali roll. there was also a large selection of special cocktails. everything was delicious and the service was very fast and friendly. we're coming back.

I loved our server Grace she was such a sweetheart! I loved the food so much.

We brought a couple with us that hadn't eaten in the dining room before and they have had sushi all over the world. They were impressed with the ceviche and every dish they ordered. So glad I brought them. I knew they would love it. Thanks for exceeding our expectations and for taking reservations.

The service is always spotty at Blue Sushi when we made our reservation as well, they had asked if it was for a special occasion and we had said it was for a birthday and then nothing special happened, which if fine just not sure why they asked. The food tasted a little fishy but understand that is not their fault I just never feel wow'd when I leave there, I prefer Akebono or Sakari to Blue.

Really great service. I couldn't remember my waitresses name but she was so sweet. The sushi came out so fast for me and my date. Thank you!
