Perfect ! 16 oz Prime Rib (med rare) with au jus, baked potato loaded, awesome dinner

I’m visiting the Deptford area to see some family coming from Canada and was reccomended to come in from a friend. I came in twice and was sat by hostess “Stacey”. Extremely rude and unbothered- made me and my family feel like we were a burden. Practically threw the menus on the table. The next time I went in I was sat by “Lily” extremely kind smile and made us feel super welcome. She was very personable. I hope Lily continues to do well, but the atmosphere at the restaurant was so off-put when we were sat by Stacey. Thank you Lily, and hopefully something is done about Stacey.

I went to eat there after I was shopping at the deptford mall. I like outback restaurants in general. I had my brand new sunglasses (that I just purchased for $240) on the table, we finished our dinner and left, but after 10 minutes I realized I left my sunglasses at the table I immediately drove back to the outback and asked for my sunglasses. They said nothing was found, I spoke with the manager that only repeated the same, I’m surprised they didn’t even bother to check their cameras or ask for my information. I wasn’t wondering if I left them I was 100 sure.

Left a review awhile ago in July during my last visit about my bad experience the manager invited me back for a redo and this time it was wonderful, the food was great and the service was perfect. We will be back. Glad we returned.

Louis was an absolute treat. Great with kids and doesnt overly hover. There when you needed him without waiting. 10/10
