What Travon Cartwright doesn't like about Den Modern Market Tb:
The sign indicates that this place is in Terminal B, but we actually found it in Terminal C. I'm not sure if they have multiple locations or if they've relocated. The vegan options were somewhat limited, but there might be other items that are vegan-friendly. We were feeling a bit worn out and didn't want to negotiate too much, so we opted for the Buddha Bowl, which was the only fully vegan dish we noticed. It turned... View all feedback.
Has a few clearly labeled vegan options that are pretty good for airport food. I got the Buddha Bowl and it hit the spot.
The tofu scramble with bread and potatoes was as delicious as it could get for hot food at the airport. I would definitely eat here again in the future if I was super hungry before a flight. The only things I would say to look out for are: 1) the food is quite oily 2) ask for no cheese and no butter- they put a butter pack with the food and if you’re not careful it will melt! I also want to mention it was quick. Overall, a great choice for me and my long flight.
I fly a lot and this is one of the healthier places I’ve ever found in an airport with a couple good options for vegans.
This vendor is located centrally in the B concourse food court. Staff move customers along quickly, answering questions about substitutions. The chicken curry salad was transformed into a Tofu Curry Salad. A lot of firm, thin-sliced tofu was included. The fiesta salad obtained also had a chicken-tofu switch with the cheese held. Expensive: these two salads almost totaled $30.
I was there at breakfast time, and there are a lot of vegan options. From the southwest tofu scramble that one can get without cheese, to avocado toast, to a variety of steel cut oats, plus a fruit salad.
