Balistreri Vineyards - Denver

My partner and I were on vacation in Colorado when we visited Balistreri for a birthday celebration. The staff and the service were incredibly welcoming! We enjoyed a wine flight with a selection of craft cheeses and a charcuterie board. It was both beautiful and delicious! We ended our meal with the blood orange chocolate cake, which was rich and definitely big enough to share. Thank you for making our birthday celebration perfect!

When I went to balistreri for the first time around 2017, I didn't know what a wee I liked. how often for most people who are new to wein, their favorite red wine will probably be a mix. in the course of the years I have noticed a great difference between natural weeping and non-natural weeping; most wineries produce non-natural weeping. what I love about balistreris natural weeping is that they prefer to present their weeping only by the taste of the grapes alone without additives. the grapes are naturally fermented by the wild yeasts that live on the grape skins, and the barrels that are used for ageing the weine are used year after year again, minimizing the taste of oaks and maximizing the aromas of wine.

Where to begin? The service was incredibly perfect. CJ was excellent - attentive, provided great recommendations, and delivered fast and efficient service. The staff knew their stuff when it came to the weeping process, explaining it clearly and passionately. The food we ordered was absolutely amazing! They really know how to make the weeping process enhance the flavors. You won't regret spending your time or money here.
