In these food trucks at the neighbors bar mitzvah. what a sound! although you mantra is raised vegetarian cuisine, everything (in this night) on their menu was vegan and what a delicious bite! the cratzer hummus was like silk, and the falafel packaging, including pickles!, and the Israeli pommes, was bombed. her website shows a changing international focus, so we can wait to find her and try her next iteration. the chef has a good sense of humor, because when I asked him what made the delicious french israel, he told me he just invented it!

Nestled in a food truck next to a local bar, this place is a hidden gem! Despite claiming to serve Elevated Vegetarian Cuisine, everything on the menu that night was vegan. And it was truly delightful! The Mediterranean-inspired scratch Hummus was incredibly smooth, and the falafel with pickles and Israeli fries was outstanding. Their website mentions a rotating international menu, so I can't wait to see what they come up with next. The chef has a great sense of humor too - when I asked him about the tasty dish from France, he jokingly said he made it easy by making it Israeli!
