We were in town visiting family (shout out to Fairview cemetery) and decided to stop at the best restaurant in town according to my mother. When I tell you this was THE BEST chicken salad I 've ever had... I almost had to order some onion rings because they looked so good! Everyone was so nice and welcoming! First time at this place, and if I could give this place zero stars, I would. Food is mediocre at best. The waitress we had was rude, she spilled coffee while filling my cup, and didn’t offer to clean it. NEVER came back to check on us, meanwhile she sure did check on her other tables. First time ever I gave a 5 star review! The service was great, clam chowder was great! And the best best Cheeseburger I have ever had!
You are fed at nicks! Little pricey but what isn't these days. Always great service but darn I caught the day this place was off. Asked for ice tea and received coffee 20 minutes later. Took another 10 minutes for waitress to take order. Food was delicious . Tipped 35percent because going to take a break from Nick's because of the service.
Great homestyle food cooked and served by good people.
