Taco Bell - Denham Springs

It was horrible will never go back there again. They threw our food away while we were standing there waiting for almost an hour. We got a refund and that took 2 days to go back on my card that was after they took my last $25 dollars so we didn't get to eat that night.

I wanted to pay cash. The manager told me I HAD to process and select my own order. I said I wanted her to take me order. She told me to use the machine that if I couldn't understand they could assist me. AS IF!!! I wanted service to pay cash not do their job and be forced to use a card they will charge me to use! Then they half slapped the food together. I won't be going back to the location on Juban! Others also went to the counter and done the same way that were not happy. Then A customer had to come back in with his order as it was incorrect.

Kiosk orders only. Two kiosk are located too closely while in corner with limited room.

We came here for our love of TB peace. I understand people have bad days or situations that are frustrating, but it is absolutely NO NEED to cocky, stuck up, and rude with customers. Not only with me, but “Martha” had a bad attitude with the even the car behind us as you could hear her on the intercom. The #5 combo we got was more chips beans 1 slice of jalapeños, hardly no cheese. They forgot my 2 extra tacos when I went to go inside they’re lobby was closed and wouldn’t fix my order unless I went back through the drive-thru. I went I asked to get my 2 tacos i paid for purchase 2 more soft tacos and give the cashier a 2nd chance and still so rude. When I approached the window she sent her mgr to take my money, couldn’t make things right. I absolutely will not recommend this TB to anyone. Unsatisfactory!!

This locations food is always pretty good. The service is ok from time to time and the place could use some cleaning.
