more beautiful place to visit, much nostalgia, take a barge trip down the channel either by propulsion or by horse drawn method and viaduct, the river dee, with scone afternoon tee. llangollen the city is full of shops, caffes restaurants to surf in their free time and the prospect of the river that runs at the lower end of the city. My two friends and I booked Afternoon Tea here. We treat ourselves every couple of months. The title of the review says it all, rather bland sandwiches cheese, ham and egg, one cherry tomato each and a few slices of cucumber. The cakes were very good but the most disappointing thing was the fact that we had to purchase any additional tea or coffees. All other venues we have visited its unlimited refills. The food bei... Beautiful place to get rid of horses boot a must visit for all age groups
Great peaceful pretty and quiet tight boat ride for 45 minutes pulled by a small shire horse. so relaxing. happy staff.

I've walked along this stretch of the Llangollen canal several times over the last few years and always enjoy it. Lovely views and always peaceful. For those with mobility problems it's still accessible. Give it a go and you won't be disappointed.
