Zapata's Mexican - Delta

My wife and mother-in-law traveled around Utah and came over this diamond in the Utah cave. This restaurant was surprisingly tasty and for a small town, my wife didn't expect any size, but the waitress was extraordinarily pleasant, even though it was a bit waiting for nobody in the restaurant. My MiL got the crispy shredded beef taco/chili relleno and my wife got a crushed chicken burrito with green sauce. They also divided a crushed beef. The MiL dish was cooked for perfection, so for a very savory and moist shredded beef, with the Relleno had just enough kick with excellent flavored cheese to make the dish extremely pleasant. The burrito was filled with rice/bean/meat/cask and was also delicious. This is certainly a place to stop when you travel as it is a beautiful clean and tasty Mexican cafe.

We visited Topaz Mountain in Delta after spending the afternoon exploring the area. First and foremost, the salsa was fresh and delicious, and we finished our first bowl quickly. I ordered the beef chimichanga, and it was one of the best I've ever had! It was generously filled with meat, cheese, and beans, and cooked to perfection. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stop by again and likely order the same dish!

I'm not sure what I ordered, but it was absolutely delicious! On my way to Topaz Mountain, I would definitely come back. The place looks a bit unusual from the outside, but the food inside is fantastic. The space is incredibly clean, even the restrooms!

I always enjoy the delicious food at your restaurant. The dining area and kitchen are consistently spotless, which is impressive. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent! I make it a point to eat here at least once a week. Best regards!
