I have been here several times previously and always enjoyed it. This time I tried the Tom Yum Shrimp, mushroom, tomato, scallion and cilantro in coconut lemongrass broth and the Summer Roll ,Shrimp, rice noodle, mixed green salad, bean sprout, carrot and basil wrapped with fresh rice paper served with hoisin peanut sauce . Tonight was my first and last time at this restaurant. The website says closing is 9:30 pm and Maps says 9 pm. I arrived at 8:30 pm and the woman server looked disgusted as soon as I walked in. She confirmed I was ordering take out and said I had time.. Two minutes later she told me they take their last order at 8:30 and I needed to hurry up. This is my first time visiting from South Africa I was completely impressed with Apple and her customer service and professionalism and her attention to detail. The food was absolutely amazing.
