I've been visiting this Dunkin' drive-thru almost every day, but my experience lately has been incredibly frustrating. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes, I think they either need to hire more employees or find staff who are willing to work efficiently. Fast service should live up to its name, and I'm disappointed enough to consider taking my business elsewhere. View all feedback.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! This place is terrible. There is a Dunkin just north of Woolbright on federal. I highly recommend you go to that one. It might be a little further out of your way but it will save yourself time and frustration. This place is terrible and corporate never gets back to you. This is my first ever review. I usually give companies the benefit of doubt, and I have with this place many times. Sometimes it's not the company and it's the employees. The manager at this place laughed in my face after they forgot to put egg on my wake-up wrap. 4 simple ingredients and they manage to miss one. When they make me another one there is melted cheese on the wrap, and the sausage and egg were underneath the wrap. That's when the manager laughed.
Quick service, great coffee and food. Reasonable prices.
Indira was very nice to us and she even gave us some coffee to test for free we really appreciate for being nice thank you thank you
They don't give you a quitting and give you a look as if you were wasting their time asking for one.
