Excellent food and great service! Cindy uses only the best ingredients and knows what she is going at the grill. She also is very friendly and helpful. The pancakes are the real deal. Service: Dine in View all feedback.
What Sharon B doesn't like about Delmar Bistro:
We had a terrible experience here in January. We ordered a chicken dish and beef stroganoff. The chicken was literally bad--meaning the meat had gone bad. The stroganoff was tasty but had no beef. It was all rice and mushrooms. Will definitely not be going back. View all feedback.

Cindy does a wonderful job at her bistro. The food is very good and she uses the best ingredients. This place needs to be acknowledged more by the community. Delmar and Bethlehem is not known for its culinary heights but this is a place that needs more customers.
This place is a home away from home, and in more ways than one! First the food is literally home cooked except for this not being a home but a restaurant. It is absolutely good for your hungry soul. Second the atmosphere and service from the owner and cooks are warm, polite, and loving! Best place to eat in the capital region bar none!
