Gulfam Kashmiri Wazwan - Delhi

Amazing food. My favourite dish there is Rista and roasted chicken. It's not a fancy dine though. I have never eaten such delicious Kashmiri food anywhere.

Hard place to find. Frugal place. Dont expect too much in looks.. but they say.. the lotus grows out of mud and dirt. Mutton sheekh kebabs.. yeah you heard it. Try it! If you are not done with that..try the juicy rishta and goshtaba. Perfect preparation, better than most other wazwans in n around Delhi. But my personal favorite comes next- tabaqmaaz. The slow cooked ribs- cooked to accurate tenderness in ghee. I remember gobbling down 7 of them as my friends watched in disbelief. If you are more into main course.. the rogan josh with steamed rice would do just great for you. Don't turn back looking at the surrounding.. give a try!!

M a big fan of such kinda mughlai flavrd foods ... Rich spices ghee and othentik flavrs wd khamirri or rumali are just tremnds peopl do try these foods

I went there with my kahmiri friends <br/ I never tried kashmiri food before going there..<br/ They serve good , every dish was available<br/ May be you will not like the sitting arrangement but you will definitely like the food they serve..<br/ In local area's like Nizamuddin this is the best kashmiri restaurant..<br/ The price is much cheaper than any other kashmiri restaurant..<br/
