Henry's Barbecue - Del Valle

Okay, so we originally wanted to pick up our food and go, but when we got our food, the outside tables were empty. the total time between ordering and sitting was probably 20 minutes. they provided fans to keep the covered sitting area cool outside. I had no service for so long and had only to make a review. super friendly and friendly to her chicks. I will come back as a descendant. cordial wish for their three years!

Wow! we tried other bbq places in austin but that was an instant favorit! we tried all meats and they are all perfectly cooked, delicate, juicy and seasoned. it is near (5min with acar) to the tesla gigafactory, so it is a great place to get start or pick up when they drive to home.

Beautiful people and incredible eating! had the ribs and the brisket plate and both were cramped up! don't use them sauce on my meat, but their bbq was so delicious I have dipped my brot in it!

I had only the most moist and softest ribs I've ever eaten, and this closes south side and black bbq. and the brisket sandwich was also an out-of-body experience! I'm happy now. I've eaten so well today. I recommend henrys bbq all! I'll be back soon!

Diamond in the rough. This place exceeded expectations. 5 stars is not enough stars. Brisket was juicy and tender, falling apart. Ribs were delicious, quesadillas were good, especially brisket quesadilla. Beans were smoky and tender. The star of the show was the BBQ sauce: almost like a sweet and sour sauce, it was one of the best sauces I've had for BBQ. Very tart, just enough sweet, thin and good for coating. Little bit of spice on the back end. I freaking loved it.The food trailer behind the building is actually where they are. They are only outdoors but have heaters and a covered area to eat. You enter beside the building and then to the rear through the gate.
