Really small sundae. Told the manager Tyler it was small and he was really rude and argumentative. Other places serve more with better customer service..We get sundaes from braums all over Okc everyday and this by far is the smallest ice cream we have EVER gotten.They definitely don't hook it up. The nastiest most disgusting food I’ve ever received. Why’s it taste 5 days old? I wait 10 minutes for old food? What sense does that make.
Braum's is one of my go-to's when I'm looking for good old fashioned consistency. Their hamburgers are always juicy with fresh crispy veggies. The French fries are crinkle cut and just the best around. They are about the only place left that I can still order a malt, not a shake, a MALT! The crew is normally made up of quite a few young people who are always very polite and helpful and actually there to work, not talk on their phone and pretend you don't exist. The grounds are well kept and the restaurant and restrooms are clean and tidy. The grocery is full of yummy items. It's kinda like a restaurant run by your grandmother with an iron fist. Lol good place to gather. Good place to eat.Parking: Ample parking w/handicap accessKid-friendliness: There are usually quite a few children present when I have visited. Very family friendly with high-chairs and booster seats.Wheelchair accessibility: The front restroom doors are wide free of clutter. The booths are accessible from the end the tables are in the center of the dining area accessible from all sides.
One of the best burgers in town. And decent prices...
