Came here for Mother’s Day brunch had a great meal staff were courteous and quick to refill drinks, ensuring my mom and my wife needed what ever they could get them. Lobster Mac n cheese was excellent as was the biscuits and gravy, everyone had more than enough to eat and it was not loud so we could all carry along a conversation. Thanks for the excellent brunch, we will be back. View all feedback.
What Edward DIetrich doesn't like about The Lincoln Inn At Faranda's:
Visited on a Suday afternoon around 12:30 . We were a group of 5. Service was really slow. The kitchen was understaffed and really struggled. Could tell it was stressing the wait staff. We really didn't have a difficult order. I only had a half order of biscuits and gravy. Well, after at least a 45 min wait, I got served my cold... not even room temperature biscuit with almost room temperature gravy. Normally, I woul... View all feedback.
I am a hispanic women and with childred, We arrived to my room and it was completely dirty the bathroom was disgusting the toilet had pee nd yellow stuff on the seat, the shower and the floor was full of mud water the mirrors were dirty there were bugs in the sink, inside the drawers there all kinds of things that shouldnt be jn there including used q-tips, there was no romote and all the electrical items in the room did NOT work, we called the owner and he gave us a new room that was better, at 12in morning when someone what seemed to kicked the door open thank god i had the hatch on who knows what would of happened just to find out it was the owner and when we asked him about it he chuckled in my face. He then ended it with asked me if i knew any mexican people willing to work for him. I will never stay at this hotel ever again after experiencing the worst experience with my children, my children are now traumatized.
Need to teach your wait staff to be a little nicer. This review is ONLY because of how rude our waitress was. Let’s see where to start. She didn’t give her name, but she had black hair pulled up in a messy bun today. She forgot my drink, never refilled it after I got it. The first glass she brought wasnt full. Our food took over an hour to get because she forgot to put our food in and then lied, saying it was a “printer issue”. She didn’t ask if we needed salt, pepper, etc, we got it from the BUS BOY. When she finally did come back it was just to drop off the check and she tried to run away quickly again. I asked for a box and she rolled her eyes at me, took our card for payment then took forever to come back. Honestly this left a sour taste in my mouth towards this place, you’re gonna allow someone to be rude and ignore your customers, I’m not going to patronize this place.

Food was delicious, and service was friendly, accurate to requests, and efficient. But if you sit at Sunday lunch (12:30) with people who are finished in a few minutes and you 're not, be prepared to have everyone else 's dishes cleared, a take home box brought, and check paid and processed as efficiently as a pit crew at the Indy 500.After a twenty five minute wait from ordering, all was cleared and done thirteen minutes from food hitting the table. Staff said take your time and didn 't give me a box to take home because I was actively eating with 2/3 of my meal to go, but eating becomes joyless and difficult when service for the rest of your party is so rapid it causes anxiety, and your food becomes tasteless because your mouth is now dry, since every action but words indicates you need to get going even if you came for an enjoyable meal out with the family. They did let me sit there to finish my now sadly tasteless meal. And they weren 't slow. Kid friendliness: My kids were welcomed, each given crayons and a paper menu activity sheet, and they were pleased with their food.
Cori was absolutely wonderful. The food was beyond delicious. I had the reuben sandwich on the fresh baked bread. The french fries were the best that I have ever had. My hubby loved his Frisco melt as well. My friend recommended this place. We will definitely be back. Parking: The entrance to the restaurant is on the street side.
