My order from the Papa John's app. I was 10 minutes away. The app said my order would be ready in 13-15 minutes. When I arrived, I saw that they had a pick-up window, a car was waiting on the window. I'm just waiting 5 minutes before I could go up to the window. When I came into the window, the young lady confirmed my order and asked if I wanted my reception. Very courteous staff: They even helped me carry my order to the car.
Visited 3 times in the span of about a week. Good. Fresh stuff... Customer service could use some work though. It isn't terrible, but it certainly isn't impressive by any means. For that, I'll take a star off.
