This used to be the absolute worst Taco Bell/k.f.c in the world. If someone said I give you a million , if you could pick one restaurant to mess up your order. I would go here. Since the reopen, they have been great. My wife has a pretty complicated customized order and they didn't mess it up. That's why I'm here leaving this review. And I hope they keep serving the community to the taco bell standard View all feedback.

A few days ago, l purchased soft taco supremes for $1.69. today l order 3 taco supremes, the bill was $8.00. when l told the employee that l did not want the tocas for that price, he said the $8.00 would be on my bill whether l took the tacos or not. He said l can 't take it off your card . It 's hard to believe that 3 tacos, each with a tsp. of sour cream, sprinkles of cheese, a few cubed tomatoes pieces and some le... View all feedback.

This is our first time trying this Taco Bell since the remodel. We had always had *such* bad experiences before (quality, accuracy, wait time) that we just drove 20 minutes to another place. This time, every item was correct (even with substitutions), every item was appropriately hot, and the wait time was within 5 minutes. I hope this continues! My kids are big fans of Taco Bell.
They're going through a renovation. Food is prepared quickly and the people are friendly. Things have mostly been correctly made since they reopened. The speaker is still awful, but mobile ordering is quick and easy. I'll take it
Tldr; exceptionally bad location, not worth even visiting imo Ordered pickup through the app before leaving my house, get to location about 10 minutes later. No customers ahead of me in line for drive through and mostly empty parking lot. 3pm on a Sunday, outside of rush hours. Simple order that's usually quick to make, partly why it's a go to, wasn't ready and I waited several minutes. They didn't want to give me two drinks for two combos and did not understand how to read basic tickets. Management clearly isn't supporting their staff with proper training because the staff himself seemed reasonable and like he was genuinely trying. Specifically requested no lettuce, add potatoes. It sounds silly but I absolutely cannot deal with the texture of lettuce lately and didn't realize they'd included it until I got home. The saddest, most chopped up, bottom of the bin, wilted lettuce ever. So gross. The potatoes were undercooked and everything was cold, I don't understand. Did I have to wait at the counter because my food was finishing cooking? If it was freshly cooked, why was it stone cold 10 minutes later at home? I submitted a complaint through the app and attempted to call the store. After seeing other reviews, I'm going to try hard never to come here again. Absolute waste of time, money, and food. I have it saved in my Maps as the bad Taco Bell, so I won't forget to stay away.
