Where Nanda ki chawki, Near Petroleum University.<br/ <br/ Ambience 4/5. There's a quite neat indoor and an outdoor garden area seating. Design wise the garden seating area is might be a bit similar to other cafés. Cafe headquarters is quite an old cafe, it's among the few ones those existed when this whole cafe culture started in Dehradun. So the design and ambience must not be the unique but it is definitely the first one. There's a contrast between indoor and outdoor area, you can tell that from the pictures. College students around that place can really use a place like that and do a lot more than just eat there. It's a perfect hangout spot for groups to treat their friends and celebrate birthday events. They also have plenty of student hosted events planned in future.<br/ <br/ Food 4/5. The food pictures might not tell much but you have to trust me when I say that the food was really good. Cheese corn partha and garlic bread is the highlight of my visit. And if you're there somehow then do try their tandoori cheese momos and poison mocktail. Another thing I was impressed by was the prices of the food. They were surprisingly affordable and considering the cafe is practically sorrounded by colleges, I think it was a good decision on the menu part.<br/ <br/ Price Student friendly prices. Approx ₹350 400 for two.

Actually e it is best coffee headquarter in another coffee shop this food are very fresh and tasty and this copy shop is very favourite specially for coffee

Cafe Headquarters is one of the best cafe of Dehradun and as I am a big fan of good, tasty and healthy food , i was looking for perfect place to satisfy my taste beeds so i visited Cafe Headquarters as i had read positive reviews and i must say , Cafe Headquarters has one the finest dinning options in the City. It is a perfect place as it serves wide variety of Veg as well as Non Veg dishes with a delicious taste. The staff is generous, courteous and their owner is always at your help. As per his suggestion i decided to try the meal and i was happy with the decision. The food was delicious and not too oily Spicy. Cheese corn parathas with chutney and kiwi shake with pulp is my favourite..very nominal rates..apt for college students as close to Subharti and hostel of petroleum university..not crowded
