I ordered through the noodles and company app, they delivered but part of my order was entirely missing. They replied back sorry can’t refund you but you can come back next time will give you the order for free and they hung up on me. Nice customer service management? They can’t even refund what I didn’t get in my order? What kind of store management is this View all feedback.

This is the best Noodles Company I have been to because of the service! The staff is incredibly friendly and warm, especially Zach. It seems like he has regulars that he knows on a personal basis. I briefly interacted with Ron as well and he was also very nice.
We have ordered from this location multiple times for our office and each time the meals are fresh, correct and labeled with names!!!It has always been on time and ready for pick up and has remained consistent.Everyone is always so content at the office when we choose noodles co for lunch.We are SO grateful for this location and team!!!
