They have gotten rid of all the old worn out stuff and have brought the place to a state of the art place and customer service as always without the stupid tablets their competitors have. I have been craving a burger for over a week. But not just any burger. It had to be a BK burger and got what I wanted and needed today along a. Friendly smile. Thanks for who you are and what you do. What Ewald Leffler doesn't like about Burger King:
I recently visited the Burger King on 6th Avenue in Decatur after a long time, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The staff was rude, the restaurant was dirty, and the kitchen was so noisy that they couldn't hear my order in the Drive-Thru. I will not be returning to eat here again. View all feedback.
He waited for 30 minutes for the ride. each car in front of us waited no less than 10 minutes to place their order as soon as they reached the intercom. we had the windows below, so we could hear that the employee spoke rudely to the customers when he decided to take their orders. finally the car reached the window before us, only to be very rudely said “We are closed!”
There was soou much mayo and ketchup on my shielded jr when I opened the wrapper, you could not even see the bungalow it was covered on the outside. so much that it was disgusting and soggy?
The staff I've met lately is rude and not helpful. they treat you as if you were an inconvenience. I have served several minutes without confirmation on the windows with the car. my order is never right.
Slowest place to order food takes up to 30 minutes to order 1 order people who work here move very slowly and the floors are scattered when they get their eating looks evil
The Burger King restaurant on 6th Ave. in Decatur, Al is THE WORST one in this area. The staff is rude, lazy, and unorganized. The day shift Manager is unprofessional and runs a very chaotic work environment, this woman should be fired. For that Matt everyone in this store should be fired. Why is it that the Burger King on the Beltline, which is 3.5 mile down the road is the best Burger King around. The staff there at that location is amazing!! As a Doordash driver I hate having to get orders from the 6th Ave. location because they never have the order ready, the never have the order correct and I have to wait for 45 mins no matter if I CAN go in the store or if I am forced to use the drive thru do to the fact that the can't handle having the lobby open. The worst part is that the one and only employee that was being helpful quite and walked out do to the rude management. Why isn't something being done about this location!!!! Shut the doors if you can't get staff that is worth the Burger King name!!!
